The solfeggio frequencies are rooted in ancient Gregorian chants sung by monks to promote healing and spiritual growth. Each frequency has a unique healing property and can be used to address different physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.
The nine Solfeggio frequencies are as follows:
174 Hz – This frequency is associated with pain relief, relaxation, and reducing physical and emotional tension.
